About Andrew Rome:

  • Over 20 years of broad commercial experience with Ernst & Young, Proctor & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, and Danisco.
  • Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
How  we operate:
  • Adhere to principles of clarity, openness and honesty.
  • Initial consultation is generally free.
  • Projects will be clearly specified, including expected deliverables and timelines on both sides.
  • Fee structures and payment terms will be defined and agreed in advance of work commencing.
  • Confidentiality boundaries will be agreed at the outset of a project. Ideally they will allow for sharing of best practice to appropriate audiences.
  • Regular project reviews will be agreed during a project, and a post-project review shall also be performed with clients.
