How we operate:
Adhere to principles of clarity, openness and honesty.
Initial consultation is generally free.
Projects will be clearly specified, including expected deliverables and timelines on both sides.
Fee structures and payment terms will be defined and agreed in advance of work commencing.
Confidentiality boundaries will be agreed at the outset of a project. Ideally they will allow for sharing of best practice to appropriate audiences.
Regular project reviews will be agreed during a project, and a post-project review shall also be performed with clients.
